Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta shells until al dente. Drain and set aside.

While pasta cooks, season steak bites with salt and black pepper.
1 lb Sirloin or Ribeye steak
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Sear steak cubes in a single layer for about 1–2 minutes per side. Cook in batches if needed.

Reduce heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir and cook for 1 more minute, coating the steak bites in garlic butter. Remove from heat and rest.
2 tbsp Unsalted Butter, 4 cloves Garlic
In a saucepan, bring heavy cream to a simmer. Add grated parmesan and stir until smooth and creamy.
1 cup Heavy Cream, 1 cup Fresh Parmesan Cheese
Toss the cooked shells into the sauce and coat evenly.
8 oz Pasta Shells
Plate the creamy pasta and top with the garlic butter steak bites. Garnish with chopped parsley, and if desired, red pepper flakes and lemon zest.
