Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Sirloin or Ribeye steak Cut into bite-sized cubes
  • Salt and Black Pepper To taste
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil For searing steak
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish
  • 8 oz Pasta Shells Medium-sized
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Fresh Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • pinch Red Pepper Flakes Optional
  • tsp Lemon Zest Optional, for brightness

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta shells until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  • While pasta cooks, season steak bites with salt and black pepper.
    1 lb Sirloin or Ribeye steak
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Sear steak cubes in a single layer for about 1–2 minutes per side. Cook in batches if needed.

  • Reduce heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir and cook for 1 more minute, coating the steak bites in garlic butter. Remove from heat and rest.
    2 tbsp Unsalted Butter, 4 cloves Garlic
  • In a saucepan, bring heavy cream to a simmer. Add grated parmesan and stir until smooth and creamy.

  • Toss the cooked shells into the sauce and coat evenly.

  • Plate the creamy pasta and top with the garlic butter steak bites. Garnish with chopped parsley, and if desired, red pepper flakes and lemon zest.
